Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) is the local chapter of Transparency International (TI), the global movement against corruption, committed to promoting good governance and eradicating corruption in Sri Lanka. TISL’s mission is to support the collective effort to eradicate corruption to build a future Sri Lanka which is equitable, peaceful, and just.
TISL is seeking office premises for short-term rent/lease in one of the following locations: Rajagiriya, Nawala or Nugegoda for short-term use to carry out operations.
Requirements:
- Floor area of 500 – 800 square feet
- Ability to accommodate up to 15 persons
- Includes office furniture
- High speed internet access
- Includes electricity and mainline water
- Air conditioning and comfortable working environment
- Availability of parking space for staff and visitors
- Security measures such as CCTV, security personnel
- Regular cleaning services and maintenance support for the premises
- Meeting room or area for team discussions and meetings with external parties
Duration:
Rent/lease period: 2 months, with immediate availability.
Budget:
Vendors are requested to provide a detailed fee quotation. The selection will be based on a value-for-money assessment.
