Spending a few days studying TISL’s operations were two staff members from Transparency International Chapters in the region – Hassan Siddique From Pakistan and Bharat Bahadur Thapa From Nepal.
They were keen to learn about the process adopted by TISL in preparing the Strategic Plan. They had lengthy discussions with the TISL staff and also a presentation by Strategic Inspirations.
The two visitors were quite impressed by the work done by TISL on training investigative journalists and studied the process of how the National Integrity Award is planned and executed. The use of the designation ‘Integrity Promotion Office’ by TISL staff members was also noted by them.
“A valuable learning experience”, was how they summed up their stay.
