- Provide accurate and verified information to TISL regarding ongoing instances of public property misuse throughout the election phases?
- Maintain regular contact with electoral observers to facilitate active engagement in data collection and accuracy verification?

To be considered as a District Observer, you must:
- Be a citizen of Sri Lanka
- Be over 18 years of age
- Demonstrate politically unbiased and neutral behavior in your professional conduct
- Be a team player with good communication and coordination skills
- (Being an independent journalist or an investigative journalist will be an added qualification)
- Have a sound knowledge of the geographical area of the electoral divisions of your district
- Possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and verification
