Four foreign employment agencies operating without licences have been shut down by the Police in the Kadawata, Kurunegala and Akkaraipattu areas.
These agencies were raided by the special task force of the Foreign Employment Bureau (FEB) based on information received by FEB Chairman Kingsley Ranawaka. The chief suspects have been produced in Court.
False passports and documentation relating to foreign employment were found in the possession of those operating these agencies.
