Public is warned against any false TISL agents

Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) reliably learns that certain individuals  have started collecting money from unsuspecting public under the pretext of processing nominations for the National Integrity Awards, TISL’s signature event to be held in December 2010.

TISL categorically denies having any agents to facilitate the NIA nomination process and warns the public not to be misled.

If approached by any individual for such false facilitation, TISL could be contacted on  011 5627432.

TISL also wishes to emphasise that no fee is charged for the issuance of NIA applications and there is no cash award for the winner/s.

All TISL staff members possess official identity cards and are advised to produce the identification form when engaging in official work.
