In keeping with the vision and mission of Transparency International Sri Lanka, a strong anti-corruption network was established throughout the country with the active participation of Community Based Organisations (CBOs).
The CBOs committed themselves to lead anti-corruption activities at the grassroots level, starting with a signature campaign to introduce and collect support for this new partnership. Further, the CBOs will participate in TISL’s most important event of the year, namely the National Integrity Awards, scheduled to coincide with the United Nations International Anti-Corruption Day on 9th December, 2007.
