Terms and conditions to call annual quotation for Traveling        

1. The vehicle should be in good running condition with adequate safety provided for the passengers.
2. Vehicles registered after the year 2007 should be quoted to ensure the above.
3. The vehicle should carry good working condition ‘seat belts’ to ensure that the passengers are safe. It is on the transporting organization to ensure that the passengers seated in the front seat are wearing seat belts and would not bear any responsibility in case of any fine is levied  by the law enforcing agencies.
4. Every 6 months the Admin Manager would review the travel  firm based on the service provided and suitability for the purpose.
5. The vehicle should carry a comprehensive updated insurance covering the passengers, goods and third party damages.
6. The service provider should provide professional drivers and they should ensure that the drivers maintain their professional conduct in all activities and fit for the purpose.
7. The contracting parties can alternate, terminate and extend the contract with the written mutual consent of both parties to the contract.
8. TISL has the right to terminate services of the service provider with notice of 1 week on advance.
9. The service provider can terminate the contract if there is a violation of the contract, with notice of one week in advance.
10. State regulations will have to be adhered to, including not having tinted glasses on vans.
11. Please quote the following rates:

• Dual A/c
• Single A/c

1. The payments will be made in cash or cheque upon mutual agreement of both parties to the contract, within 14 days upon the receipt of the original invoice.
2. In the case of cheque payments, all cheques, should be drawn in favour of the ***
3. In case of cheque payments, VAT and other government taxes applicable will have to be borne by TISL in addition to the total payment stated on the invoice.
4. TISL is to bear costs of meals and accommodation chargers for the drivers during trips.
5. We would require on requests to transport goods to alternative locations. The goods such transported must reach the destination in good condition. In the event of any damage to such goods the transporting organization would have to bear full responsibility. It is the task of the transporting organization to inspect the goods on receipt of the same for and defects or damages.
6. We would from time to time require airport picks and drops. This would also have to be facilitated by proposective transporting agency. A separate rate would have to agree in this regards to this.
